I've had two crossed up (1/2 Catahoula 1/4 Red Bone 1/4 Pitt) sisters since they were babies. They are a year old now. They have never flat out brawled. Honestly I don't remember much in the way of scuffling at all. With each other they have been fairly calm.
Like I said, they are crossed up and even though they are both blue leopard their is a BIG difference in their build. Bella looks like she 100% Catahoula but Alice is taller with a big blocky head. You can really see the Red Bone and Pitt in her.
As far as how they came on, Bella was the first one to start....but only by a few weeks. She also hunts harder than Alice at the present day. That being said, Alice is the rougher of the two and once a pig is struck she is right there at the bay and every time a hog is caught without the CD she is on the head somewhere, usually the snout (I'm sure that will change after a few cuts).
Anyway, that's how they came up.
