Have y'all tried victor? I ve been feeding it and put some good miles on my dogs and they seem to be holding well to it and performing well. Hunting to I m ready to go. Lol
Colby, we all fed Victor for about two years... then it went to crap. It was an awesome feed when it came out. Then the price went through the roof and quality went down.
I fed Sportmix 24/20 for many years before that and went back to it about a year ago... around 10 bags a month. I did notice several bags a few months ago that were real dry looking, but the dogs ate it just fine... haven't noticed any since.
I agree with ya it is definitely higher and is less food than sportmix.. The place I go to has alot of traffic and I haven't seen issues in either brand. "I ve tried sportmix past two months" because cheaper and more food. Dogs haven't changed much that I can see.
