They make blood stop powder that will clot it. Or smear heavy grease or vasilene on the tail.  Don't know the dimensions or your capabilities ...but sounds like she needs a bigger pen if it continually has contact with a wall or wire.

Also try taking her out and putting her on a chain until the tail completely heals.

No docking of a ybmc.  Its illegal in British Columbia  and a morale sin around East Texas.
