ur dog should try and stop the hog if it drifts more than 15ft, nips or checking the hog is acceptable at this point if the hog is set up it is a deduction for every nip if the hog runs once the dog has stopped or attempted to and the judge will take in to count the dogs ability to stop the hog a five second count will start if your dog has not released in 5 seconds u r dq and thats that no you dont have to be able to call ur dog off hope to see u there
