First order of business that is often overlooked.....before getting into keeping dogs.....know how to take care of them...AND DO IT.

To often I come across dogs that are either
Not fed properly (Do not mistake for hunting weight)
Not medically healthy
Do not have adequate shelter or sanitary surroundings.

Alot of this isn't a learning issue.....its a lazy issue. And a Damn disgrace to witness. 

In my mind that alone seperates your dog men from someone that just keeps dogs.

Guess that's what's sad.  All this knowledge available now...and you still witness this occurring.
