  call me ol fashioned but i like leather collars and leads . last forever if you care for them every now and then  . makeing leads i just go and buy me a set of 5/8 bridel leather and a few choke collars a quick link or heavy s hooks and a 1'' ring a few snaps . a set of bridal leathers  will net you about 4 good leads  . it's best to get and use the copper rivets i have had the quick brass rivets seperate .
