I paid the man already and he was very understanding and actually apologized to me several times about the whole thing. We shook hands, talked work and hunting, drank a beer and cooled off at the same time yesterday. Its the way the woman was and how she did it. Im not trying to look like a victim, I know what they did was their/my fault. Ruger has never gotten out of his pen in the almost three years Ive owned him and Roam (the one killed) was our house/yard dog. My kids' dog..... He hasnt ever even been hunting with me. Never planned on it either. Ruger comes through, he will be well taken care of and back to hunting if he has a complete recovery. if he comes around and cant hunt, then he will be a fat house dog!
