just one suggestion if not too late . I really prefer the kennel doors to open [ in ] since all my dogs usually meet me at the gate . I know it makes it easier on me to enter when needed .
Yup! I run a piece of fence wire across the bottom of all the gates so they can't push them open and they only open in. So if a dog is on the gate they get pushed back when I open it. They learn to stay back as I come in real fast. If I was building kennels I would put something all the way around the door so when pushed on they can't twist the door. I am going to have to build my own kennels mostly because the doors never hold up. I was going to just add hog panels to the bottom of my kennels but the doors are another weak place.
