If you know the dog and the dog finds hogs and does good and is trash broke and hunts well  and you have seen this then the dog is worth a 1000 bucks.  Now if the dog didnt find hogs on her own no she is not worth that much.   That being dominate can be knocked out of her if you know what you are doing and put foot to ass .  There is way to many dogs being sold said to be strike dogs and can find their on hogs that are noting more than trash people are trying to sell.  I get phone calls every day on how this guy are  that guy bought a dog that was suppose to be able to find hogs and will not leave their feet,  they screwed them on selfs really by not knowing the dog are hunting with it are knowing the guy they got it from.  So if this dog finds hogs on  her own and you know this and she was his best strike dog and you seen her in action and the only reason he dont like her is because she is to ruff are dominate over a hog and you can live with the ruff  ,  Yeah I would imagine the dog is worth the grand any dog that will find a hog consistent on their own is worth a grand because it is just to much BS being sold out there and a good one to  hard to find  to not be worth a grand and you know this dog and what she has done .  Its a hard thing to find a good dog that will find a hog on its own consistent Ive just heard to many horror storys ,  so I would say if she can do that and you know her she is worth it .
