I have paid more for a single dog that was 8 months old. A dog that is a real dog in the making is worth a lot more then some seem to give it credit for. But, it makes no sense to me to pay that much and not hunt with the dog a few times.

.  Man and I will say that dog is making a hand. How old is cowboy now.
