POISON OAK

kerrydw.....this crap has been torment for me all my life....and I'm 61. I've tried everything thought of to get rid of it....nothing works except a shot of Cortizone.......period. However,.....in order to keep from getting it do this.....after you've been exposed or even think maybe you have.....which translates to being in the woods in summer.....get to a shower as soon as you possibly can. Take a shower and wash thoroughly ALL parts....I mean all very well with soap and scrub yourself. Get your contaminated clothes out of reach and washed as soon as you can. Do not touch your dogs after they've been in the woods unless you wash your hands immediately after you touch them. Do these things and you will be free of this stuff......but you have to do this every time.....good luck.
