I feel a Good Hog Dog is a dog that can and will consistantley find and stop hogs by itself whereever it is hunted as long as there are hogs in the area. Your personal prefance of silent or open, rough or bay, has nothing to do with being a cull or if its a Good Hog Dog!!! Its about finding and stopping hogs by itself consistantly!!!
I agree completely. That is a good dog. However GREAT dogs can make good dogs look bad.lol It does boil down to personal selection & what u want in a dog.
