As you have described them, yes they are.
I don't use my Dogos to find hogs I use them to catch them. . And they do it pretty damn well. So no, my dogs aren't culls
According to everything I've read pertaining the original goals of Antonio Nores Martinez the dogo was bred
to first find the hogs, and then catch them. If your so set on helping the breed, and proving them to be true hunting dogs why wouldn't you be following the original breed standards at least. You should be holding your dogos to the highest standards possible not settling for mediocrity.
