I let all of my dogs out of the kennels almost daily to run the 3 acre fenced in area on my place. This is also where my house is so they interact with my kids and anybody that comes over. It doesn't affect their drive to hunt whatsoever. On that note dogs that show any aggression or scared/skittish dogs don't stay on my yard.
