Killing and leaving lay is 100% opposite of trapping an animal, not checking the trap in a timely manner and the animal die from dehydration, starvation or by heat stroke. Ur getting the 2 different types of killing confused. I dont agree with killing and let them lay n rot, but its part of the deal to limit the damaged caused by them, but neglecting, starving, parching an animal just for chits n grins n bc there r to many, is wrong in every moral obligation of humanity.
Is it not inhumane to dump a dog or cat to the elements, abuse and mistreat them? We all know the answer, n the answer is YES!!!! Those dumped animals are a nuisence, but i'll be damned if any of yaw would cage the animal, starve it, refuse it water or shade, but instead yaw would dispatch it urself or call animal control bc ya aint got the stomach to do what needs to b done.
Its a shame to see folks with some of yaws mentality and actions towards animals, that it sometimes make me wish to support these bunny humpers n completely outlaw any form of hunting, just to rid the unethical hunters of any access or chance to abuse or mistreat animals for their own personal agenda. The p-poor actions of the few will eventusly  screw over the many.

Why should I trade one tyrant three thousand miles away for three thousand tyrants one mile away? An elected legislature can trample a man's rights as easily as a king can!
