a  good jagd is as good as anything out there. they can and will stop a hog even by there self. I loved them sometimes and had to unload my gun sometimes to keep from throwing 450.00 down the drain. If i had someone to hunt with that ran them i would hunt two jagds and two bulldogs. people dont like their traditional dogs being showed up by a twenty pound terrier much. So in order to have hunting buddy's I got out of em. but in a few years i'm going back to them.
