Calling dogs off

I have always said I never wanted a dog I could call off. Seen folks get hurt because of this. Somebody said the word used for the command and got injured because of it. I rather have a dog that waits for me to say hunt em up after the hog was under control rather then roll out as soon as the catch hit or it saw us coming in. With that said I did have a dog we had to sneak in on and catch before touching the hog unless we wanted to keep going. As he got to were as soon as we had touched the hog he would roll out and not stop till he found another hog or 4 lol.
