I'd like to reiterate on prior discussion on battle bred bulldogs.
It *IS* possible to have bulldogs bred old school get along with other dogs. There's been CH and even GrCh dogs that would get along with other dogs, young pups, and even cats. It's just good to be in the right mindset of not letting your guard down, as if something sparks a spat, it can get real ugly, real fast.
With people now, there should be no exceptions. If any of my bulldogs ever so much as looked at me, or any of my kids cross eyed, they would be culled accordingly. Only bulldog on this property that would be a man biter is my American Bulldog, and that's his job, and he is 100% properly and securely confined to where he cannot and will not ever break loose.
