Its very hard to overdose a dog on Ivomec. For example: when a dog has "red mange", the vet reccommended treatment is 1.5 times the normal body weight dosage, every day for 30 days minimum, 60 days if needed. I had a dog several years ago that was a cull and I knew I was going to cull her, so just to see what would happen, I gave her a whole tube of Zimecterin paste horse wormer (which is Ivomec), enough for a 1250 lb horse, and the next day she was running around like no big deal and wasn't event sick. 2cc of Ivomec aint nothing.
