By pointing out u hav traps, u r more likely to get sued bc u knowingly placed traps out were humans MITE go, ur advertising for a lawer to knock on ur door. Its the same as posting signs up saying " caution, guard/attck dog" or "beware of dog". U know u may hav a dog that will possible attack any unwelcome intruder and then they sue ur a$$ bc they were in the wrong in the first place. The person may not win, especially if they had ur private belongings on them or near them when they got attacked or caught in a trap, but u'll b out time, money n work hours bc they were in the wrong in first place n this day n society u cant defend ur own hm, land n belongings.

Its better to ask for forgivness "play dumb and claim the trap was for animals (its their job to prove intent") than beg for mercy (by knowingly and intentionaly putting some1 in harms way)

Why should I trade one tyrant three thousand miles away for three thousand tyrants one mile away? An elected legislature can trample a man's rights as easily as a king can!
