There suppose to be in Far East Texas as well. There was a bow hunting blog type site I use to frequent maybe 8-10 years ago. I was frequenting the site for information on food plots. The guy had a small lease and planted a 5 acre plott. He kept a running blog going from the planning phase of the plot till the end of the season. Anyway, it was a nice plot and he had deer coming in on a regular basis then right around rutt they quit coming....they disappeared for the rest of the season. He couldn't figure it out. After the season he did some serious scouting and found tracks....couldn't believe it so moved a trail cam and sure enough...a sow and cub. She had moved in and the deer moves out, lol.
