  the welfare bill is in the works but got held up this session for some reason or another , but it is coming and I agree it should have come first . but at least this will kill the folks that intentionally work the unemployment angle and trust me their are many,  many  people out there that work unemployment like the wellfair system.  after all it does pay more than wellfair .  workman's comp is another highly abused system that needs an overhaul . there is a ton of fraud involved in workers comp that cost us all money in the long run  .
