Once I bought a brand new pair of New Balance running shoes for 5 dollars when Wieners was closing down. Those were the best running shoes I ever owned and if I had known then I would have bout all they had left...

but getting to the welfare business there is a way to wean folks off of the system but it seems that the government likes keeping a certain percentage of folks in the slums...it is good business for the court judicial system...also keeps law enforcement in business as well...not to mention all the government agencies...

The system sucks in another way...example; when one couple acts responsibly and they save money in a 401k and buy a house and a few acres of land and pay everything off for retirement and when the spouse gets a serious illness there will not be any assistance because they have a nest egg and own a house...

and another couple makes the exact same money and live in an apartment and spend all their surplus money on vacations and partying along with some recreational drugs...the spouse gets the same illness as the one mentioned prior and they get the government assistance because they do not own anything yet they are the ones who did not live responsibly...so the message is that those who act responsibly get punished for it but those who do not are rewarded...

Training dogs is not about quantity, it's more about timing, the right situations, and proper guidance...After that it's up to the dog...
A hunting dog is born not made...
