In your current situation im not sure how much it will help RIGHT now but it should down the road when you acquire a couple more dogs....Some will agree with me and some will disagree with me but this has worked well for myself and quite a few other buds of mine over the years....... When you find a good dog that produces hogs for you pen your gyp up with it or as close as you can to it so that the dogs create a bond of sorts, i will bet money that when she buddies up with it that she will go out and work better overall for you. As far as honoring a bay goes just keep toting her to the woods, like Kevin said....let her figure it out, when she realizes that barking = hog she oughta get there quick fast and in a hurry.
