I definetly agree Charles there does need to be a rank structure and I didnt intend on it being a profitable organization. And I think once the civi population sees and has a chance to understand what we are about we will have more support
U r correct, but 10 ad-a-boys can be wiped out by 1 oh chit. It takes many yrs to build a positive rep, but only takes a split sec to ruin it for all. To positively impact the civi pop n show the good of group, will require more than ole' joe snuffy off the street dayin "wow this looks cool, can i join?" A group of this nature cant be a bunch of camy wearin fat bearded drunks shootin up the local woods/gun range, but will require like minded military orriented personel to run things n lay down n enforce the rules n regs, n if need be, hand over the idiot to the local po-pos'. The biggest issue with a civilian para military group is, the limited ability of rule enforcement. With no fear of punishment, again, not just any1 should b allowed until an extensive overwatch has been completed. Wont b no room for wanna-be rambos. The best candidates would be former socom operators, retired mil, near spotless mil career if not retired, former/current leos, where their dept allows such partisipation in such groups.
