Rueben, I have a 99 Powerstroke and bout 6 or 8 yrs ago it started leakin tranny fluid when I pulled a heavy load on a hot day. I took it in to get the tranny seal changed and found it had a cracked weld around the torque converter hub. Had to put a new one in. Good luck with it.

Thanks...right now the fix was 316 dollars...but will find out when I get back on I10 on the way back home...I googled transmission boil over and got lots of info on the 99 powerstroke...not enough tranny cooling for heavy loads...as long as I stay below 65 mph my 99 is ok with the heavy loads...

Training dogs is not about quantity, it's more about timing, the right situations, and proper guidance...After that it's up to the dog...
