Get a 50 gal rubbermaid tub, she cant haul it around even empty. If not enuf room for a tub, n they r on cjains, dig a hole n bury the bucket a lil less than half way, if in kennels, tie the bucket to the kennel. U can take a tck tire, cut 1 of the side walls out, turn it inside out, nail or screw it to a piece of 3/4" plywood, cut square and n lil wider than the tire is, run a bead of silicone on the outside of the tire at the mating point of the wood n tire. Then lay a good thick layer of silicone on the inside bead and put a thick layer on the entire piece of plywood on the inside to seal it off from the water.
