The time frame would be before 1900 ,the free range law past in late 80 but didnt get enforced to the earlly 90 s ,the hogs were wild ,they would turn blooded boars,to the woods hog,were it would be more meat on the hogs,the blooded boars would get killed by the wild boars,we had just as many cows in the woods to,hogs didnt run far in them days,they bayed,wen we would work them we would always had a lead sow,she would lead the other hogs to the catch pen.
