First off if it does not have a PR on the papers UKC will not register it.
Hey hey now, not ALL UKC dogs are "PR Bred." Just foolin. Wasn't tryina get anybody's panties in a wad. Seriously though, I've looked over various dogs' ULK paperwork, and not all of them had PR before their names. Unless that's something they just implemented? Who knows. My bulldogs are ADBA and my Catahoulas (the registered ones) are NALC so I don't use UKC for anything anyway. My reference originally was more towards people labeling pups for sale as "PR BRED" as if it were something extra special or something.
