Its all in what YOU have the most confidence in. If you flinch with a .270, but can drill tacks with a .243, then the .270 is not much good to you. All this talk about this bullet or that bullet:'(

Sure some are better than others, but shot placement is always key. I'd venture to say that the .22 and 30/30 have killed more deer than all other calibers combined
