KevinN...I never use anti-inflammatory on my dogs...maybe I should...but if it doesn't look too serious I just use Cut-Heal 2 or 3 times a day...if it looks pretty bad I use cut heal and also give antibiotics for about a week...that combo works great for me...I continue cut heal until it looks like there won't be any infections setting in...
