Bo, i have a remington 700 in 22-250, stainless , fluted barrel, it's not a Hogue stock, but another company like them that provided the stock, TACK DRIVER. i reloaded a few rounds, they shot great too. If you are thinking about hunting deer with it, check the laws, i think 22 cal doesnt meet the minimum requirement for taking deer in Al. Have a buddy with a 204 ,,well, crap, my brain aint working,, its that lil single shot rifle with interchangeable barrels,,, anyway , he really likes it, like everyone said, FAST, small caliber, accurate, probably a lil more wear to the barrell, but you'd have to shoot a ton for that to be an issue.
