On tapatalk if u are reading a thread and want to post a pic u select the reply block at bottom of page. When it comes up so u can type u select the lil icon here.

Then ur photo album will come up. U select the pic u want to post. It will then prompt u asking size. It will have 2 or 3 options. Select one and pic will upload. U should see text link pop up in text box. At this point u can either add more continue to type or hit reply in top right corner to post.
