They don't come after every thing all at once. They change little things one at a time like catching in a pen then no tethering and pretty soon it's so much trouble people quit keepin dogs and there are less and less people fightin them. You may think that they can never change things in Texas and you may be right but every year there are more folks in cities and less in the country and those city folk think a dog should live in the house so he can't get hurt. The 3 west coast states now have so many liberals in the few big cities that they can dang near vote any crap in they want and the rest of the rural part of the state is stuck with it. In Oregon and Washington you can't hunt bear or cougar with dogs and can't even legally trap a dang gopher cause of these campaigns by the treehuggers.
Thats exactly how they do it. Just one little thing at a time to reduce numbers, then they just vote you down. In CA they just passed Statewide Lead Ammo Ban for ALL FIREARM HUNTING! Just ridiculous. Liberal Tree huggers are kiiling us!!! Oregon unfortunately is just following CA's lead, doesn't help that portland is by far one of the most liberal cities in the U.S.
yep kid7 you keep on a thinking that !! I'm old and I will still live to see hound hunting a thing of the past before I die . I do so very much hope all of you young hunters are registered voters because the anti hunting is pretty much a democrat thing and if ya'll don't vote and you let a bunch of democrats take control in the texas legislative process and it will all be over quicker than you think .

Your 100%, just read an article on yahoo that Texas might finally go blue with those two Female candidates who are democrats. I was like WOW not cause their women but because of the democrat thing. I was thinking no way they go blue, thats how it all starts! I hope I don't offend anyone, not my intention JMHO
