boy's ang girls , I could tell you some stories about my youth and a few encounters about my dogs but I will just say that as a result of that hard headed i'll do what needs to be done laws be damned attitude . I have spent most of my adult life either on probation or parole . I am a much wiser man these days , I guess getting older will do that lol this man will get what's coming to him , may take a while but I am a patient man . I gave the dog to my buddy to hunt as his own he's done everything but storm the fort and get himself either locked up or shot . duke is a damn fine dog but not worth the huge financial loss of [ DOING WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE ] which adds up quick when dealing with the law from the wrong end . what used to be a 65.00 fine and a few months probation type deals are now high dollar felony cases [ trust me I know ] so I would rather not here all about how you would do it . if you see ol duke give me a shout . but like I said the fat lady hasn't sang on that ol boy's troubles we have things working and that is the reason I will not say his name [ he most likely reads this thread ] I could tell you flat out so and so stole my dog and without proof I would be on the wrong end of a legal suite , that's just the way the law works .
thanks for all your best wishes on finding duke and keep an eye peeled he will turn up sooner or later his picture has gone viral on facebook so some one will spot him some where .
Mr, Whitten
Mr. Whitten I was afraid that the "suspect" may be a member of this site when you posted that ya'll had a good idea of who had him but didn't mention any names. I sure hope you get that dog back and the jackass who has him gets whats coming to him. If he is anywhere in the south east Texas area and I can be of ANY assistance please let me know. My record ain't squeaky clean but a trespassing charge wouldn't hurt me to bad if it were necessary to get your dog back to you
