HELL YEA WE EAT EM..........wild hog done up right is just about as good as it gets!
I don't care what anyone says, you throw a pork backstrap next to a deer backstrap and this ol boy will take the pork over the deer any day of the week!
I also feed em to my dogs, hell that's a free meal and less dog food I gotta buy.
Now I won't say that i've never left one lay but more often than not I take at least the shoulders (to feed the dogs) and backstraps (to feed me
) if it's cool enough and I can get em on ice pretty quick.
