The two Stags I have here, rough coated female and slick coated male, the male you can do any and everything to and he isn't phased, but my female will scream like you murdered her anytime she gets a toe stepped on, even when I grabbed her by the collar to walk her to untangle her chain, she started yippin. (I've never so much as LOOKED at her in a mean way, so this is just how she is I guess. I've never been rough with her ever.) The Greyhound blood runs strong in her lol. She's still very drivey, just sensitive I guess. She is young still too. Also, she tore a huge tear in her hock when she was younger on her dog house. Took FOREVER to close up. Grey skin I suppose. Go figure, when that happened, she didn't make a peep! I'll be crossing bull blood in down the road to help with that, for the hog dog stock. One thing you can't deny, these suckers are FAST.

Will you be breeding her to a bull terrier?  Im in NC I have a female stag out of Illinois from coyote stock that I plan to use on coyote rabbit fox any game she can catch lol but id be interested in trying to get a pup up my way if you breed them

               Thanks
                      Kenneth

Sure am! You can PM me with your contact info and I'll keep in touch. Not sure if any will be available but you never know, depends on how many she has. I have a good amount of hunters interested in the cross.
