Yeah they tried sliding this through with out so much as a peep to the public, however a hunting rights advocate in Tallahassee saw it and got the ball rolling to have the exemption put into place.  The ordinance is already in and will go into effect for one year starting may 1st.

As far as them coming prepared with the law, I don't know a single judge in this county that would sign a search warrant to allow them entry to see if your dogs were sterilized your animals or to measure your pens.  I have a 6ft privacy fence around my yard and nothing is visible from the street so they would need that search warrant.
