I'd like to see the 400 lb hog too.  Ive been doing this about 13 years and caught one that may have been close to 400.  I was with BA-IV one day and we caught two barrs,  I guess the heaviest one went about 315-325.  That sucker would have barely fit on that tailgate.  I can say I don't believe the hog in the pic is 325, but I've been wrong a bunch.

One thing I do know is that areas don't usually hold a bunch of boars over 300.  Big boars have areas that they roam in order to feed and breed.  They know when another boar is in the area and big boars will fight to run weaker boars off.  If anyone tells me that a concentrated area has a bunch of 300 lb boars, I would not believe it.  Barrs yes.
