What type of marinade are y'all using? I've made jerky a couple of times over the last few months and I can't figure out the right marinade mixture. I've used Dale's mixed with red pepper liquid smoke, cayenne pepper and a few other spices and I've also used a few different store bought marinades but can't seem to find one I like.  The dale's was to salty and the others were not salty enough. I like real spicy jerky but I can't seem to get it very spicy even adding tons of cayenne pepper.
