I bought 2 pups and at 18 months they were culled...back in the 1980's it was easy enough to get a good one out of the pound....I think they are too far removed for what they were bred to do...

Training dogs is not about quantity, it's more about timing, the right situations, and proper guidance...After that it's up to the dog...
A hunting dog is born not made...
