I hang my water buckets from the top of the kennel by a heavy wire. Make it high enough that the males cannot pee in it.

For algae--I just use and extra bucket. Put the new bucket in the kennel and take the algae bucket and put bleach in it. Clean it out and put back in the kennel. Do this for however many dogs you have.

White distilled vinegar and alcohol 50/50, then add 7% iodine until it is like stout tea. Does a number on ear mites and does it quick.

Two cups of tannic acid in a pint of pine tar. Paint dogs pads with this if they are slipped or cut. Works great.

If a dog has limber tail take your thumb and forefinger and squeeze the area between the base of the tail and arse. There is a gland there and it gets infected.
