I thought the same thing, i tried the two bad collars on 4 different ac chargers, didnt work on any of them, but the chargers worked on my other 6 collars. I was thinking maybe they just needed to have their charge run down and maybe it'd be like unplugging and resetting your modem or satellite dish. Whatever, they seem to be charging now, will sync them to handheld tonight and see if they are 100% charged. My next step was to try to update them, then if that didnt work , send them in to garmin
