   Tandy leather supply or weaver leather supply .. for the tools and equipment needed is a pretty good expense . I do it and I save about .30 cents off the wholesale collar cost . just making a few collars here and there all you need is a leather punch and I use the copper rivets .

x2...if you don't want to sew you can just use the leather punch and use brass rivets like halfbreed said
