It's really a personal preference on pork because of possible diseases. Some freeze it for a few weeks and then feed it, some don't feed at all. I haven't fed it yet but I'm still considering it. I'd suggest to continue to do your research and you'll come up with what you feel comfortable doing for your dogs. I don't really think it would be necessary to feed pork if you have a nice variation of meat source incorporated already.
