I got a 9 year old walker dog in the kennel that i can leave in the ken for months go out load him up and drop him and more than likly he will be treed over a mile in the thickest mess possible and have the coon. I started comp hunting and i can promise you some of them comp dogs aren't worth anything and some are. I seen one at a PKC hunt not too long ago that won the hunt cause he didnt tree. If he wouldn't went to the dogs treed he would have been scratched. Worse hunt I've ever been to luckily i wasn't hunting any of mine that night. Dont get on to him for slick treeing right out of the box for him being so rusty. It might take a few hunts before he trees with the meat.
