Also, seems like there are an influx of "bull dogs" out there right now.  Where I live, I wouldn't have a problem finding a free pit anytime.  I know that it wouldn't be out of proven blood lines, but if it would grab a hog and hang on, what more could you ask for?  Be hard to pay for a pit, when I could have 10 for free tomorrow.  BUT, as the old saying goes, most of the time you get what you pay for, especially with free dogs..........
