Thanks mdj. He's fat in this pic from not being hunted much during deer season

He leans down a lot when we start hunting 3+ days a week. If we get on a runner he gets cut loose after they run him for a bit and most of the time he has no problem catching up with the hog, he's got some good runnings gears under him to help. Only dog I own that I can tell to cross water wherever I want him to. Just tell him"go see" and he goes. The day he passes is gunna be a very hard pill to swallow
