4th amendment, if they cant see it from a place they can legally be, they need a warrant.  Put a 6 foot privacy fence around your kennels or yard and nice and politely tell who ever shows up, to show you the warrant. 

Ive dealt with more than you could ever imagine from a neighbor, animal control and law enforcement.  Once I had enough this was my position, from the road way no longer at my door or in my yard.
