I'll have a couple more pics later my phones being weird. We basically dug a hole, 12" deep with coals, added rocks, lined the hole with miguay leaves (make sure and cook them until the are malleable) then fold the leaves over the top. After that cover in like two or three burlap sacks and then like 3" of dirt. Then put a fire on top. A small one'll do fine. Keep it going most of the day and let it stay in the hole about 8 hrs. We poured pico on top before we cooked it to make it more spicy. It was GOOOOOOD
